About These Terms
These terms apply to purchases made on this website from Savaneli LLC, a Colorado company. By placing an order, you agree to them. Salon services are covered by our Salon Policies.
Products
Each piece is handmade to order by Téa Savaneli. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in crystals, color and finish are part of its character and are not defects. Product photos are representative.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Sales tax is charged where required by law.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a piece cannot be made, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping for details.
Returns
Unopened hair care products can be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened products are final sale. Hair jewelry is made to order and final sale. See Returns & Exchanges. If your order is lost or delayed in transit, contact hello@savaneli.co and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
Wear & Care
Hair jewelry should be worn and cared for as described in our Hair Care guide. Savaneli LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.
Designs & Content
All Savaneli designs, photographs, logos and text on this site belong to Savaneli LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Savaneli LLC’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
