Consultations
Every new appointment begins with a phone consultation, so Téa can understand your hair history and goals and give you an accurate plan and price.
Phone consultations are complimentary. In-person consultations are billed at $100 per hour.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.
The deposit is 50% of your quoted service and is applied to your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time. Many services, especially color correction and transformations, are scheduled for several hours.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Pricing
Prices on the service menu are starting rates. Final pricing depends on the length and density of your hair and the complexity of the service, and is confirmed during your consultation.
Smoothing and reconstruction prices include the first four hours; additional time is $100 per hour. Hair extensions are priced at your complimentary consultation. Prices and availability may change.
Guests & Children
To keep every appointment focused and relaxed, please do not bring children or guests. Salon clients must be 12 or older.
Payment
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
Adjustments
Your satisfaction matters. If something is not right, please contact Téa within 7 days of your appointment to arrange an adjustment.
